The Boys & Girls Clubs of North Louisiana is proud to announce its Chief Operating Officer Veronica Mason has been selected by the Boys & Girls Clubs of America to take part in the Purposeful Leadership Academy, presented by Linkage, Inc.

Recognized for her strong leadership and guidance since joining the movement in 2019, Ms. Mason will participate in the 8-week program beginning March 10.

This virtual training is designed to elevate a leader’s capabilities in the critical areas associated with effective leadership.

Leaders work through engaging and results-focused content at their own pace through online learning, either through Linkage’s Digital Platform or your organization’s own Learning Management System.

The Purposeful Leadership Digital Academy also includes expert instruction during interactive webinars and group exercises. Each program features peer group work, focused on completing assignments together as a team, and is also a great opportunity to foster stronger networks across an organization.
