Northeast Region: Boys & Girls Club Golf Classic Celebrates 25 Years

The Boys & Girls Clubs of North Louisiana hosted the 25th Annual Boys & Girls Club Golf Classic on June 19th at Frenchman’s Bend Golf Course to benefit the Northeast region of the organization. This exciting event was presented by our title sponsor Donald Farms and encompassed 146 golfers for a day of golf and lunch catered by Catfish Cabin.

Winners from the morning flight were Family Church (David Fox, Danny Hall, Jerry Lockwood, Jim Russell) and Drax BioMass (Joseph Branson, Clay Butler, Kyle Tullos, Sam Keeton. Second place went to the West Monroe Civitan Club (Billy Anderson, Richard Anderson, Foy Gadberry, Andy Vaughan) and the Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office (Brad Duchesne, Jay Ellerman, Everett Holloway, Paul Knight). Winners from the afternoon flight were Louisiana Land Bank (Mitchell Best, Josh Payne, Keith Post, Jarrod Sellar) and Paramount Healthcare (Greg Futch, Adam Sistrunk, Brandon Sullivan, Mike Walsworth). Second place finishers were LA Construction Group (Clay Shemwell, Ron Shemwell, Darren Sutton, Mark Sutton and Assurance Financial (Joey Brodtman, Mike Brodtman, BJ Bryan, Matt McGuffee).

Other big winners from the day were Mitchell Best (Closest to the Hole #4), Keith Post (Closest to the Hole #8), Steve North (Closest to the Hole #15), Seth Hamby (Closest to the Hole #17).
